Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at DiscountPC.com. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Shipping Estimates

All Internet Orders for in-stock items placed before 2:30 pm Central Standard Time (CST) are typically shipped the same business day (Note: we do not ship on weekends).

Customs, Duties and Taxes:  DiscountPC.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Shipping Rates 

Final shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipping Confirmation 

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. 

Shipping Damage

If an item is damaged in shipping please contact us to setup a carrier damage claim within three days of receipt.  Pictures and or a carrier inspection may be required and if available a replacement shipment will be setup. Please do not discard any packaging materials.   Replacement units are only sent after original unit(s) are returned and inspected for completeness.  

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to weather, carrier issues and/or acts of God; DiscountPC.com is not liable for any delivery delays that are outside of our control.
