Final shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed on agent provided invoices.

Your dedicated account representative will supply your tracking number(s) at the time of shipment.
If an item is damaged in shipping please contact us to set up a carrier damage claim within three days of receipt. Pictures and or a carrier inspection may be required and if available a replacement shipment will be set up. Please do not discard any packaging materials. Replacement units are only sent after original unit(s) are returned and inspected for completeness.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to weather, carrier issues and/or acts of God; DiscountPC.com is not liable for any delivery delays that are outside of our control.
