With "God Mode", you will have easy access just about any setting, from this one folder.

- Create a new folder on your Desktop 

-Rename the folder to GodMode.{ED7BA470-8E54-465E-825C-99712043E01C}

After name change, the folder icon will change to the control panel icon.
