Yes, we offer financing through Shop Pay as well as offer free shipping on all website orders. Large volume orders may qualify for net terms after a credit check as well.
Yes, Discount PC is certified in a range of data destruction processes such as 1-pass wipe method, overwriting DOD levels 3 & 7, and hard drive shredding and crushing. We also offer certificates of destruction.

Yes! We love sourcing assets in volume from organizations that are upgrading or liquidating their tech. If the products don’t meet our high standards, we use them for parts. If you have bulk IT assets to sell, or individual switches/servers/high price items, email buyer@discountpc.com.
All orders come with power cords, and AC adapters as applicable. Volume orders made through our sales team will include display cables. Online purchases include display cables for a small upcharge. If you prefer a specific display cable with your monitors, let us know by emailing sales@discount.com.
Sure thing! We sell keyboards, mice, AC adapters, and cables without computers all the time. Purchasing a computer is not required, but of course we’d love to help you find one, or many!
Many of our products are “off-lease” from large organizations. As with any lease, the systems are well maintained and inspected before the end of term for functionality and damages.

We only provide the best! Discount PC offers A Grade and B Grade units on all orders – anything lower is dismissed. This means that products can range from pristine condition to having minor blemishes that do not affect functionality or the overall look, for a lower price with a 1+ year warranty.
We offer a variety of computers 3rd Generation and newer. All units are compatible with Windows 10 and select products, 8th generation and up, are compatible with Windows 11.
In addition to using it like a normal computer, touch screens allow you to navigate similarly to how you would use a tablet, by touching and swiping on the actual screen. Special LCDs are needed for a computer to be touch-capable. Non-touches are not equipped with the special LCDs needed for this feature.
For small orders, we use UPS Ground unless requested otherwise. For large volume orders, we ship via pallets on freight liners. We ship to 48 continental US states. Expedited shipping is available – fill out our contact form or email sales@discountpc.com for more information.
Every item is wrapped in layers of bubble wrap before being securely placed in boxes for shipping. With freight shipping, laptops also receive their own place in a slot box on pallets. Blind shipping options are also available.
Of course! Because we configure every unit from scratch, we do ask for 1-3 business days to process your order as it moves through our refurbishing process. We’ll always give you a call or send you an email when it’s ready.
