With over two decades of experience in the refurbished technology field, Jeff has gained expertise through his work in sales, procurement, warehouse and asset logistics, and operations management, just to name a few. Some of these experiences include working with Dell (DELL), managing both Dell’s Computer Outlet as well as their refurbished, off-lease business. Jeff then spent two years at Arrow Electronics (ARW) where, as VP and GM, he managed the Value Recovery (ITAD) Division which focused on refurbishing and the global resale of retired, business-class PCs. Prior to founding our parent company, Evergreen Electronics, Jeff spent two years as CEO for Discount Electronics, an Austin-based technology retailer focused primarily on retail and consumer markets. These opportunities have led to the successful establishment and management of Discount PC, with thousands of satisfied customers since 2016 and an induction to Inc 5000’s fastest growing, privately-owned companies in 2021, our first year of eligibility.

Randel Jones, VP of Operations Randel has been working in the refurbished IT world for many years, overseeing operations in a variety of environments and facets. His experience includes everything from testing and repair, to logistics and shipping, to overseeing inventory management and operations.
